Responsibilities Include:
- Patrols all common areas of the community including all amenity areas building exteriors, parking lots, and grounds
- Check exterior and interior common area lights, reporting all broken lights to management.
- Check all common area locks, doors, windows, and lock up common areas at prescribed time every evening.
- Warn any people on community grounds violating community rules and report to management.
- Report all findings and action taken on the courtesy officer log, submitting the log to the management office daily.
