Responsibilities Include:
- Provide excellent customer service to all prospects and residents
- Follow Fair Housing Guidelines at all times.
- Lease vacant apartments and pre-leasing apartments coming up
- Ensure completion and accuracy of all information for all incoming applications in compliance with community qualifications
- Marketing the Community through various websites and social media
- Ensure leased apartments are in proper condition prior to move in
Experience:
- Experience preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Guidelines
- Working knowledge of Ms Office (ie. Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of rent manager software
