Responsibilities Include:
- Daily upkeep of community grounds and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness of the Community
- Break down and removal of trash and large items to disposal units around property
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to walk and stand, bend and twist, and stoop for extended lengths of time
